ESEUTIL soft repair of database


ESEUTIL /R E00 /Ld:\exchsrvr\logfiles

path to log files if different than the default location




eseutil /mh   “path do priv1.edb”                            to check database shutdown state


Exchange Database Hard Repair Steps:

Ran the eseutil /p fromthe BIN folder and repaired both the priv1.edb and pub1.edb files.

**Delete the .log and .chk files from log file location c:\program files\exchsrvr\mdbdata

Run a defrag on the stores . eseutil /d  “path to database\priv1.edb”

Run isinteg (isinteg -s servername -fix -test alltests) from the bin folder.

Start services and Mount the stores.
